Dear Patients,

We are so excited to see your smiling faces! We have missed the conversations, the laughter, and everything about our relationship with you. In your absence, we have been busy! Like every other place you visit, our office will look a little different when you arrive for your next appointment.

During the week of May 4, we will begin reaching out to those of you who had appointments in the last few weeks which were cancelled. We anticipate resuming patient visits beginning the week of May 11.

In an effort to kept you and our staff safe, we have implemented some new screening protocols to include checking temperature. We have re-arranged the patient waiting area to allow for significant space between patients as well as staggered scheduling of appointments. We have added filtration systems to our operatories. Upon arrival, you will be given the opportunity to wash your hands and use a specific mouth rinse to reduce bacterial load. Our team will also be dressed a little differently. Behind our masks are the same smiling faces that you have always known.

As we reach out to you to reschedule lost appointments, please feel free to ask questions or express concerns to our team members. As before we are and will continue to be here to provide the safest, most exceptional dental care.

All the best,

Doctors Tal and Leah Wilkins

Dental Implants

A missing tooth or teeth can affect your health more than you might think. If left untreated, a gap in your smile can lead to bone loss and further lost teeth. Dental implants are considered the gold standard for tooth replacement. The titanium base of implants act as a replacement for a missing tooth and provides stimulation to the underlying bone tissue, stopping further bone loss. Implants also provide a stable base for dental restorations such as bridges, crowns, and dentures.

Dental Crowns

A tooth that has been compromised due to trauma or decay can be restored with a dental crown. After treating the cause of the damage, our Aiken dentists can repair and protect your tooth from further harm with a crown. This can prevent the need for extraction in the future. Made from high-quality composite materials, a restoration can be matched to the shade of your surrounding teeth.

Porcelain Veneers

Patients at our Aiken, SC, dental office who are unhappy with the appearance of their front teeth may benefit from the ultra-thin, custom-made porcelain shells of dental veneers. Worn, chipped, or slightly crooked teeth can cause you smile to appear unhealthy and can undermine your self-confidence. Veneers can conceal chips, cracks, minor misalignments, gaps, and stubborn discoloration that do not respond to professional whitening treatment.
