Melissa, Operative Coordinator

Melissa excitingly joined our team as the operative coordinator in March 2010. She comes from an administrative background and enjoys assisting and scheduling our patients’ next visits.

She is married to Ian and they have two beautiful girls; Grace Ann and Reese. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family and friends, going to the beach, pulling for the Carolina Gamecocks, and actively supporting her girls with softball, dance, and pageants. Her smiling face will be the first and last you see during your visit. Melissa enjoys the atmosphere we provide for our patients and enjoys seeing the smile on their faces when their treatment is complete!

Haley, Hygiene Coordinator

When you need an appointment to have your teeth cleaned, Haley will be your contact. She will always greet you with kind words and a smile. Haley graduated in December 2009 from USC Aiken with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. While attending, she was a member of the award-winning USC Aiken Dance Team, a Live2Lead graduate, and the Special Events Coordinator for Student Life.

In her spare time, she enjoys teaching dance, cooking, painting, and going to concerts. Haley is excited about being the newest addition to the Center for Implant & Aesthetic Dentistry team and is eager to meet and get to know its patients!

Tina, Office Manager

Tina has had a lifelong career in management such as Darden Restaurants and At&t and was thrilled to begin her dental career with Dr. Wilkins in January 2010. She attended USC-Aiken and studied business management. Tina is very excited to be a part of such an awesome practice with state of the art care and an amazing team that provides enjoyable experiences for our patients. Serving as an Ambassador for the Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce gives her an opportunity to give back to our community.

Tina feels blessed to be called Mom to three amazing children; Christopher, Courtney, and Macie. Outside of work she enjoys making memories with family and friends, traveling, music, movies, dining, pulling for those Georgia Bulldogs, and whatever next adventure comes her way. She loves meeting new people and looks forward to assisting you at your next visit!

April, Registered Dental Hygienist

April began her career as a dental assistant. Soon after completing her Dental Assisting National Boards, April decided she would rather become a hygienist and was applying to all the local Dental Hygiene Schools. She has worked for a periodontist assisting in periodontal surgery before going to Dental Hygiene School. Once in school April was the student delegate for the SCDHA. After completing her National and State Boards, April has enjoyed 15 years of practicing Dental Hygiene. She has completed many hours of continuing education over the years and is always eager to learn new things

April has been a member of this team since 2004. She knows that the practice fits her professionally and personally. April loves her patients and considers all of them friends. "Believing in your patients and treating them the way you want to be treated," has always been April's motto.

April has been married since 1997 and has one daughter and twin boys. Her daughter always makes life fun for her twin brothers, who are two. When not at work, April loves being a mommy.

Saree, Registered Dental Hygienist

Saree began her hygiene career by completing her Dental Hygiene Program at Midlands Technical College in Columbia, South Carolina. Once in school, Saree was the president of her schools Dental Hygiene Association. After completing her National and State Boards, Saree has been practicing dental hygiene since 2003. She has completed many hours of continuing education over the years and is always eager to learn new things. In fact, she has a certificate to administer infiltration anesthesia as well as Nitrous Oxide sedation.

Saree has been a member of this team since 2004. Saree considers her patients and co-workers her extended family and feels lucky to be able to enjoy coming to work each day.

Saree has been married since 2003 to her husband, Patrick. They recently introduced a baby boy to their family in late 2010 named Blake. Saree feels that he is a blessing to their family and loves being a mom.

Kris, Registered Dental Hygienist

Kris graduated from Lansing Community College in Michigan. She worked in a dental office for thirteen years before moving to South Carolina in 2007. She has worked as a fill-in hygienist in Aiken since she has moved here. She has now joined the practice and will primarily be working on Fridays.

Kris loves dental hygiene and is committed to helping her patients maintain their oral health.

Kris and her husband Tom live near Trenton. She enjoys quilting, reading, and traveling to Michigan to visit grandkids.

Tiffany, Certified Dental Assistant

Tiffany has been a CDA since 1983. Her training began in Tampa, Florida where she began working for a crown and bridge specialist for 1 year prior to getting her certifications. She furthered her career with expanded duties functions, to include: crown provisionalization, sedative fillings and dental Radiology at The University of Florida in 1984. She obtained her certification for monitoring Nitrous Oxide at Midlands Technical College in 2000. She has taken many continuing education courses throughout her career to include Zoom bleaching through Discus Dental in 2005, Straight Wire Orthodontics for assistants in 2009, with the American Orthodontics Society, and also received training for Botox and Dermal fillers through The American Academy of Facial Aesthetics in 2010.

She has been working in this office since 1999 and has been happy here ever since. Tiffany recently stated, "I love all our patients and enjoy working with them on improving their smile and overall function. I could not imagine ever working anywhere else."

Personally, Tiffany has been married for 22 years to her High School sweetheart, John. He is a procurement Forester at Collums Lumber. They have two beautiful children, Jessa Lynn and Johnny. They also have a yellow lab named Cracker Jack. She and her family love to fish and hunt, and do so as often as possible. They all play guitars and enjoy listening and playing music.

Christa, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Christa graduated at the head of her class from the dental assisting program at The Concorde Career Institute in 2000. She has worked as a dental assistant in South Carolina since that time. She has completed additional education in Straight Wire Orthodontics for assistants in 2010, through the American Orthodontics Society. In 2005, Christa completed the DOCS course for monitoring sedated patients. She enjoys working with patients and helping them to attain all of their dental goals.

Christa is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She moved to rural South Carolina in 2000 with her husband, Francis, and their son Ben. Christa loves her new found country living, and enjoys spending time working in her yard. She is a music and movie enthusiast, and has fun spending time with her extended family.
